Edgars online pathetic service
Absolute pathetic service from edgars, I placed 2 online orders within an hour of each other, on their website it shows 3-5 business days for delivery. We are now on business day 7 and still no feedback from edgars, I have phoned on numerous occasions and all I am told is someone will get back to me with feedback, yet I still have not received this feedback. I ask when my orders will arrive and no one can give me an answer, all that I’m told is we will contact a different department or team to follow up.

12 Dec 2019, 15:31So after receiving a response from edgars, I once again am disappointed as they assured me my order will arrive today but after calling in once again I am told my order still reflects as being picked, thinking the service couldn’t get worse this happens. Disappointing is an understatement.
