Edgars Online - Pathetic Service

The most pathethic service from the Edgars online shopping and their courier service. I placed an order for online delivery on the 27th February 2020 and my delivery has still not arrived. I then called on the 9th March and was advised that my address was incorrect and the courier was trying to call me to confirm the correct address - All of this untrue as nobody ever contacted me. I was then promised that my order will be delivered by Monday afternoon the 9th March 2020. Guess what - Nothing arrived, I called again yesterday the 11th March 2020 and was told its in transit and will be delivered and again they make promises that they never live up to. This is not the first bad experience I have had with the Edgars online delivery. Please find a courier that knows exactly what they are doing and actually wants to do business. I will definitely not be using Edgars for any further shopping and shall take my business elsewhere
