Edgars Online pathetic

Ordered 3 items with Edgars Online on 1 May 2020, and delivery estimation was 3 weeks. It has almost been 5 weeks, parcel has not even left the warehouse. Three phone calls later, cancelling my order and trying to get a refund, but only to see all the negative comments on Facebook suggesting I will not be successful in getting my refund. But I still have to pay my monthly account.
