Edgars online offering inept
On Monday, I bought a pair of shoes online and opted for click and collect at a nearby store. Now its Friday, and I have been told that the parcel is with the courier company for the past two days. How does a pair of shoes take more than a day to deliver? Now the case has been excalated and I have been given a ref ********** 3702/GO. You need to speed up your online offering. When I buy online it means I want the goods now. Now 10 years later! I might as well have gone to the mall myself.
