Edgars Online- no delivery no service

Ordered online and it has been a month no delivery. Bthe online tracking does not work and the number provided never gets answered!

I called Head Office and hey gave me and email address and said the turnaround was 1 day but to date no response and no order. At this point 8 just want my money back!
