Edgars Online is way beyond the worst,their service is pathetic!

I made an online purchase on the 23th August,received my order 3 days later,I wasn’t happy with the other items and i wanted to return and exchange some,i contacted online queries on the 27th August and have spoken to Roberta Henry who then sent an email with all the requirements for courier collection of the items.There was a day that email was sent asking me to prepare the package for collection and that their courier will come to collect,after that day,i have been promised that they’re busy facilitating the collection with the responsible department,nothing happened,as the main purpose was purchase for the vacation,the time came near and I decided to travel almost 300km for exchange and return,I went to Edgars Rustenburg Waterfall Mall and they said they couldn’t help me since i paid with payflex,I tried to explain that payflex was already paid in full before the agreed time they must check,and they said no,I must arrange courier collection with online queries.i had to come back disappointed and my expenses and efforts were for nothing,I sent the email to online queries to inform and enquire about the query progress,then they wanted to send me back to Rustenburg,I told them that I’m staying very far from there,the last email is when Roberta Henry said urgent follow up was conducted and they’re still facilitating the collection on the 2nd October,from then nothing is happening,I’m stuck with the clothes that i don’t need.I also brought the matter that I won’t be responsible for the return/exchange period because I’ve contacted them the next day after delivery,She said that won’t be a case. But why? Why can’t I be treated like a valuable client,with respect and professionalism? Why should i suffer,struggle and stress over something this simple? Is this the kind of service rendered at Edcon? The next step from here is public media and ombudsman!
