Edgars online is useless
I wish I could write a review without having to give any stars. I order online 2 May 2020. I can't track my parcel, no one comes back to me when I email. Phoning is useless because no one answers, and when they do, they still can't answer anything. Nobody can tell me when I will receive my stuff. If I cancel it takes up to a week for refund if you are lucky. The service is laughable. I will never buy from Edgars again. I am very dissapointed in the service that they deliver.

I have been waiting now for more than the 3 weeks you said it would take, and the only reply I keep getting is that there will be more and more delays.
This is not acceptable. It is very cold and the parcel I am waiting for is for my children. What can I do to get my stuff? I had to pay you online, and now I don't have money of clothes for my kids? No this is not right. And then if I cancel you want to take another week to pay back my money? I was always a big Edgars supporter, but this is not good. I am not impressed and very dissapointed. Where is my stuff? Where can I go pick it up? Because I can't wait untill it's summer again before I get my stuff.
