Edgars online is full of incompetence

Edgars online is full of incompetence and they don’t pay any refunds as promised. I placed an order for winter clothes for my kids on the 5th of May 2020 and I chose the option to collect from the branch as it would only take 3 days Max, it took more that a month for my order to arrive and when I sent my brother to collect my parcel the store attendants were still putting it together so it was not a sealed parcel, they missed 7 items from my original order and when my brother went back to inquire at the shop he was told the lady that assisted him the previous day was on leave and they sent me an email promising to refund only 4 items which I still haven’t received.

I sent emails and there are no replies and when I attempt to call there is no assistance on the phone at all. This is the second time I have suffered this from Edgars. I ordered 2 jeans on sale and only one was delivered and I never got a refund.
