Edgars Online delivery is bad.

I am so disappointed with their service. It's been four weeks now since I have been waiting for my online order delivery. Have been checking online and sending emails e hand every week. Last week on the 27th of May 2020 they said my order has left the warehouse but, up until now I haven't received it. I am so disappointed because I have payed and don't owe them.
