Edgars Online ****** (Money paid but no delivery)

I cant believe i made the mistake of trusting Edgars online after getting poor service 4 years ago which resulted in me closing my account with them. And again no support or feedback after they got their payment.

I bought multiple items during their massive online sale, stock were available at the time even when checking out and making payment. The day after placing my orders i checked the status and it suddenly showed that my order was cancelled (no refund, no email no sms, no call). I spoke to a few agents and eventually got told the orders were cancelled because 80% of my ordered items were magically out of stock. I asked for the remainder to be sent and other one's to be refunded. It has been 1 week later and no delivery of items, no feedback, no updates online. They now expect me as the consumer to run after them for my own money. This company should not be allowed to operate on the Ecommerce platform.
