Edgars Online

After making a purchase online I was excited to get my new perfume but all turned into a nightmare. After struggling with the courier company for 3days because they had the wrong address I finally received my package just to open it and get pieces of glass everywhere.i made contact with Edgars and send them the pictures they telling me now I have to hold onto this pieces of till the 6th of December for them to collect and then only I will be replaced or refunded. I just don't understand why can't they send me a new 1 or let me collect at a store or better refunded me so I can go buy it somewhere else. If this is how online works I would advise every1 to stay away from Edgars
