EDGARS ONLINE ARE ******!!!!

Most useless company I have ever had to deal with. We are in week 6 now. No parcel received, no emails answered, when I phoned they said last week that my parcel is waiting for the courier and then that it was escilated and management will get back to me. NOTHING. Today they say o no, it is not ready and is still being picked at the wharehouse. What the hell?? I tried cancelling so i can get my money back. Today they say there is no cancellation on the system? Most useless company ever. My next step will be legal action as they are *****ing from people.
