Edgars Online

I bought a cellphone for my son for this birthday.from Edgars online and It worked for 1 day and did not switch on.I returned it to nearest Edgars and they said they will send it away to Vodacom and give me feedback.It will take 3 tot 4 weeks.This is really not right,they should have just given me a new cellphone as the phone is clearly a factory reject.
