Edgars On line order shocking service

Shocking service!!!!!!!!!! We have order our kids winter close online at Edgars around 9 weeks ago. They took the money from my credit card and up to today no delivery. You call the customer service line and they just keep you on the line for ever. Its sad to see this pathetic service.
