EDGARS NOT WILLING TO REWARD GOOD WORK

Have reported to Edgars about exemplary conduct of two of their Centurion Branch staff members. Edgars reference numbers 267165 and 267158. I enquired what action Edgars had taken in this regard and feedback to date.
