Edgars Not Updating Credit Bureaus

I have paid my account and settled my account over a month ago but It is still showing on all my credit reports that it is in arrears, I even received a paid-up letter from Edgars but they have not updated the credit bureaus. This is negatively impacting my credit scoring and it is unacceptable.
