Edgars not truly closing accounts - and keeps phoning for money.... #EDGARSSUCKS

I have been struggling to close my Edgars account for almost a year now. I have paid up my account and closed it multiple times, however every few months I get a call from their debt collectors. 21 October 2020. I went in-store at Edgars Greenstone, I had to stand in a line to my account which I did. I paid my account in full, then I had to stand in a second line at the customer care, which I did in order to cancel my account. The lady that helped me assured me that my account has been canceled (she even phoned someone to confirm the cancellation). However, in December they start phoning me again for money, it ended in a screaming match, and I got my first statement in years, paid in full again, now we get to January I emailed them at 3 different email addresses to get a settlement amount in order to close my account again (and hopefully get it done this time around), NO RESPONSE!!! Then mid Jan they call me again for money..... I again e-mailed 01 Feb for a settlement amount, NO RESPONSE AGAIN.... I MAILED THEM AGAIN TODAY!!!! This is ridiculous... #EDGARSSUCKS
