Edgars not honouring their Black Friday Special

During black friday in November last year (2015) I received an sms from Edgars stating they will give a discount when one spends a certain amount of money at any Edgars store.<br> <br> I did exactly that and purchased over the required amount at their LM Lewin store in Rosebank where I paid the amount on my account. <br> <br> On inspection, I noticed the discount had not been awarded and upon enquiry I was told by the store manager that since its a stand alone store they dont not honour the special. <br> The sms I received did not state any exclusion on stand alone stores (There is actually no T&C attached on the sms) hence my expectation was one of receiving the discount as promised. I have taken this further with Edgars and have been phoning the complaints line on ***, where a lady by the name of Ilse has been handling my query and trying to take this further with the stores, however almost two months later there is no progress, and Ilse fails to return my calls or give me information. <br> <br> Please can someone help me rectify this ASAP <br>
