Edgars not giving me back my money they took off my credit card!!!!!!

I am still waiting for Edgars to give me back my money they took without consent off my credit card!!! Till today I have not heard anything from them!!!!!

On the 11th of July I went to Jet in Woodlands for a Refund on Clothes I bought R199.98. The managers did not have cash for the refund when I requested. They took my Credit card and said they will refund the money into my account. They tried several times to refund the money but it did not work. There was a cash paying customer and they refunded the R1998.98 in cash.

Here is the problem: On 06 August there was money deducted from my account for this refund twice in a row. Stating Purchase Processed Late. So this means they in actual fact deducted from my account as they did not try to refund.

I went to Woodlands Jet to speak to the managers and they are closed. The manager told me I should go to Edgars for them to help me. I went there and spoke to the manager. She was on the line with someone but I do not know who. She didn’t come right but gave me this Reference number to use: ***3

Please sort this out that I can receive my money back. I have my Bank statement that shows that the money went off of my account!!!!!!!! Sort this out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
