Edgars not closing my account after how many attempts

I have been struggling to close my account since June. I was instore made the settlement at tge cashier and requested the account to be closed I still got a statement every month I sent emails requesting to close the account and all benefits while paying the monthly settlement amount ofer and ofer month after month its beeb 5 months and still I'm getting emails on an outstanding amount this is outrageous!
