Edgars not closing my account

I went in the to Mall' of africa Edgars store and paid off my account to balance of 0, and asked them to close my account. I got a letter thst mt account is paid up but on the credit score it reflect and shows that i have R30 for the account and the account is still active. I don't understand how i my account is active when i requested for the account to be close. I don't know what kind of incompetence this is because ive contacted edgardw and i have notbeen assisted. Im ****ed off with edgars.
