Edgars not closing account when you close it!!!!

Cancelled my account months ago in the store. I also sent emails about cancelling my account to Edg******* and *** with no response from either. Sat on the phone unable to get through to anyone, just sit on hold for hours.

I am now getting debtors messages??? I cannot deal with such incompetence and no one should ever open an Edgar's account going forward. Please can this urgently be sorted out. Account number: ***
