Edgars not clearing me with Credit Buro

I was blacklisted by Edgars for not paying my account. After I paid of the account I requested a letter (April) Since then I am trying to get my name of credit bureau with no success. They have eventually cleared me from ITC but after being denied for a Home loan - The bond originator told me I was not cleared from all.
