Edgars Northgate- Ineffcient and Unhelpful. Edgras Cresta outstanding service hassle free

<p>I recently complained about my cellphone repair difficulties with Edgars Northgate. They have still not been able to problem solve. They are very quick to say "sorry, there's nothing we can do" then to figure out how to support a longterm client. The guy who helped me at Northgate is Gift and his manager is Kedibone. They were really disappointing in not having answers that they should have for me as their client.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the hand, Edgars Cresta was wonderful. Within minutes of presenting my issue with them, broken phone that needs repairs, they had a solution. the solution was hassle free and to the point. They directed me to the vodacom not far from them. Told me that vodacom would be able to repair the phone because that's the network the phone was purchased under. Of course Vodacom responded immediately and my phone has gone in for repairs.</p> <p>The lady who helped me at Edgars was a coloured lady at the cell phone counter. Thank you to her!</p> <p> </p> <p>Edgars please train everyone equally.
