Edgars Non -working Call centres - Paid up letter needed

My mother had an Edgars account which is now paid up. She is need of a Paid up letter from Edgars, the one store left in Nelspruit cannot give her a Paid up letter. When I try to call Edgars for her, Edgars line refers me to RCS line *** which seems to not exist. (I am calling on her behalf because she has no money to call landline from a cellphone and also that she's good in English, as well know English is normally the language used at Call Centres.) Edgars must please email us the Paid up letter as soon as possible, if only someone can just contact us from Edgars to this email: ***.

This kind of service from Edgars is quite bad and hopefully someone out there will respond.
