Edgars - no system or procedure in place

Wanting to close my account and it’s taken me a trip to Edgars (systems down ) Jet then 5 phone calls to be told I was not supposed to make payment at Jet. Now I need to wait 24 hours to hope it reflects then call again then try get to another number for the value added . All the while being charged interest . It should not be so difficult. Definitely not customer or user friendly
