Edgars no online purchases with store card!

Why am I not allowed to use my Edgars card to purchase on line? This means I have to go into a shopping centre and expose myself to COVID-19. Does Edgars realize the stupidity of this change - I do all my shopping online - after 38 years of support I will now move my purchases to a different store. The least they could have done was inform their customers of this change.
