Edgars - no customer service even worse accounting

I paid my account up at the end of May. Only to find out that Edgars charged managment fees on a zero account. I still havent paid this as quite frankly i think its ridiculous. I am receiving threatening sms and phone calls for R126acc. Saying my credit record is affected and my limit will be adjusted - its apparently in serious arrears. Phoning them hasnt helped. I was sent from pillar to post. Lodging a complaint i have still not heard back on. Rcs says its Edgars problem and Edgars says its Rcs. I even had the phone put down in my ear. No wonder Edgars is in the position they are. Charging fees on a zero acc- and no im not a club member- ********. No customer service. No help at all.
