Edgars no communication

On the 5th of March I made a payment in error to Edgars. I emailed emailed *** twice and got no response, no receipt of email, nothing. Another company made contact with them on my behalf, still no response. I tried calling *** with no luck I just need someone from Edgars to get back to me.
