Edgars & Nimble

I've had an account with Edgars for years and have been paying well. Now that my account is being handled by Nimble it's been frustrating receiving calls( that Im getting charged for on my statement ) and sms with incorrect information saying my account account is overdue when I explicitly pay the month before. I actually just want to close the account and part ways with Edgars because of the rude Nimble employees bothering me only to confirm '' oh you did pay''.
