Edgars nightmare

A nightmare of sending emails requesting a mere simple Edgar's statement since the last one was sent July 2020. I call TCS they promise to send right away after hanging up nothing comes to my inbox. I have written to their Durban and Joburg offices including complaints all l get is automated responses of 48hrs but nothing.I can not see my balances,l am officially engaging lawyers and oumbadsman paying but no statement? July to date!
