Edgars Nightmare

Edgars has been ******** my wife and billing her for a non existent cellphone contract for 7 months. When she discovered this she was told to take time off work and go to an Edgars branch during weekdays to be put in touch with the responsible department.

After taking her time and going to a branch the person she was put in touch with was clueless and all they did was promise to transfer the matter to their audit department.

The audit department called back saying they have a recording of her agreeing to this contract and they are not in a position to help her.

They say they have been crediting her with Cell C airtime for the past 7 months when she has never in her life used the network.

We have been very faithful with paying our account on time always and this is the thanks we get.

If this is not resolved Edgars can blacklist my wife if they want, but we will never pay another cent towards that account, the money ****med from my wife should be enough.
