Edgar's nightmare

Feeling frustrated angry and violated with!Edgar's...!!!!!! Been trying to close my account for months now...Paid in full. From in-store to customer care phoning emailing. But nothing... Still they bill me and send me msg I must pay my fully paid account... Paying for services and books and nonsense that I don't even get... So sick of this...need some help and advice... Don't now what to do Edgar's is a nightmare... Pls don't buy from them...
