Edgars new Owner RCS
This transition to RCS is So Pathatic
1st time i went to Edgars store, last Saturday 15/08/2020, As we walked in, we told Cash only as the store cards wont work
So we left.
When we returned Saturday 22/08/2020, no mention of No store card can be used. When i went to make my purchase, Message comes up on the screen, "RCS to be contacted"
I left everything as is and left.
Not a good start for new Owners RCS

18 Sept 2020, 12:13Just an Update: Due to Covid Pandemic, Salary was cut by 40%. Thanks to Edgars new owner, RCS, I HAVE BEEN SPAMMED WITH messages about account not being up to date.
When i called in as soon as i took my salary cut, I made a payment arrangement Instead of R1800, I asked to Pay R1300. person on the phone says its fine. the arrangement has been made for 3months. after that 3 months, a new arrangement must be made. Can you believe these people are calling me a few times a month, and SMSing me MILLION Times a month about this??? then they now tell me, the arrangement is only for 1 month
I CANNOT WAIT TO GET RID OF THIS ACCOUNT!!!!!! Thanks to RCS, i no longer want an edgars account and i cannot wait till my balance is paid up.
Also, The increased everything (Fees) like the *****s they are to milk us dry...
Receiving some sort of a payment is better than receiving NO PAYMENT AT ALL!
I can positively say, I HATE Edgars now thanks to RCS. Pathetic service, Pathetic Brand.
to everyone looking to get edgars account, DO NOT. and please do not get an RCS card either.
That i needs to Pay up too ASAP.
