Edgars needs to communicate more about orders. They need to learn to deliver faster and also train their staff members and teach them communication s****s and customer service.

I ordered from Edgars online on the 18th of March 2020. I waited for three months to receive my order and only got a pickup SMS on the 2nd of June 2020. And since I had selected the instore pickup option , I asked my sister to go get the order on Friday the 5th 2020. When she got there they told her my order was not there. She called me and I told her to give the phone to the staff, I asked them to please try look properly. The lady with bad communication s****s said “if it was here I would be able to see on the system “. I asked her to give me the Head Office number. She gave me a wrong number and I had to go on the internet to find the correct number. I called the head office, the consultant took my order number and cellphone number and made me hold for 8 minutes and she hung up. I called again, I was answered by a nice lady who took my details and called Edgars Kolonnade. Only to find out the order was there but those ladies were lazy to look. She then called me and told me the manager at Edgars Kolonnade will call me and tell me they found my parcel. The manager called and told me they had my order. I asked her why couldn’t they find it while my sister was still there? So I had to take steps for them to look for it. She said the paper tag was messed up, a story I just couldn’t understand. I told her I’ll call my sister and ask her to come get it. So I called my sister and guess what shem I called that manager back to tell her what my sister said, she had left the phone. I spoke another staff member and asked her to go get my sister by the door or give her the parcel there because it was late and she had to leave , the staff member just said “I won’t be involved in this.” I asked her to ask the manager to call me. I’ve waited since Friday and today is Monday. I’m no longer interested in the parcel. I’m really angry and disappointed.
