Edgar's ND it's attorneys are pathetic

So the attorneys ITC contacts me clearly no one from Edgar's cares as they just transferred my account to *********** people and didn't bother to contact me however a lady called me yesterday and I cudnt speak they called this morning so I missed it thereafter I call them give my cell number and no one can pick my number up yet they called me 5 minutes ago it's easy to add ur profile on default but when it comes to settling payments no one is bothered why bcoz my account is handed over before this happened I made arrangements last year for all this to be sorted out no one gets back to me till today there's a problem yet to date I paid majority of the money that is outstanding, I would like this rectified also o require a settlement discount which will only be paid end of June as that is when I get paid contact ur attorneys to make these arrangements as they clearly *********** just like edgars it's utterly ridiculous at the service we have to deal with currently I owe R1943.07 I will NOT be paying any interest for attorney fees or whatever else as they not doing there job and neither is Edgar's accounts division can this be sorted asap
