Edgars must train their staff efficiently

I went to Edgars West Str in Dbn on the 10 Oct 2015 at 9:40am to buy a phone with the voucher that I got from my insurance via sms. Thandaza from Cellular Department told me that they do not accept vouchers from any other Insurance companies besides Hollard. She said I should go to New Accounts Dept and ask them to help me. The lady at New Accounts Dept sent me back to Thandaza as she could not help me. Thandaza called Edcon Gift Voucher Dept, she was told that I should come back on Monday. I called my insurance while in the store, the consultant asked to speak to Thandaza, he asked her to give him the email adr for the manager on duty. I was instructed to wait until the manager receives the email not knowing that Thandaza gave him the email adr for someone who was not at work. I decided to go to the Control room and spoke to a very friendly lady by the name of Iggy, she informed me that the manager will be at work on Monday, she referred me to Zanele who loaded the voucher on the card in less than 5 mins. I went back to the Cellular Dept, bought a phone & left the store at 12:05pm. It took 2hrs & 25min to buy a cellphone because of *********** and oblivious staff.
