Edgars must removed their account off my report since they moved my account to Nimble and paid the whole outstanding amount

I opened an account from edgars and it was moved to Nimble but edgars has not removed their account off my report cause I owe you guys nothing I have paid Nimble the whole amount, remove your account off my report
