Edgar's Must Pay Back the Money

I returned some items from Edgar's for a refund on the 4th December. The money was supposed to be paid into my account but it never appeared. I launched an enquiry with the branch (Tembisa). A week later I physically presented to the shop as the feedback I was getting was inconsistent only to find out that nothing had been done to facilitate my refund. Promises were made and mails were sent. I waited.

Today, a month later, I have not received my money. I cannot get hold of the store manager who was assisting and I've had no call back or update from anyone at Edgar's.

This is unacceptable. Proof of all transactions and lack thereof was presented weeks ago.
