Edgars Musgrave- Estee Lauder

Good day, i would like to report the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience by staff at Edgars Beauty at Musgrave at the Estee Lauder counter. The two staff that assisted me were very rude dismissive and completely unprofessional. I'm a staunch Estee Lauder customer, i wanted to buy double wear foundation. The first gentleman that helped me was not earing a name badge no uniform he was wearing an Adidas sweater i didn't even know he was a salesperson. the lady working with him as well did not have a name badge. this is tarnishing the Estée lauder brand the sophisticated image is tarnished and dragged to the floor, the product is not cheap and brings expectations. the staff did not use a brush yet other branches use brushes when they apply the tester. instead musgrave branch uses a cotton pad. this is really disgusting and undermining. The lady speaks about hygiene but she's not even wearing a mask didn't even sanitize her hands I'm not sure whether it was a prank or some sick joke. estee lauder please do something unless you do not need us as customers.
