Edgars 'Mother hen' to the rescue

To whom it may concern

On Monday 14th December 2020, my son (John junior) received his PhD at a 09H30 graduation ceremony at Stellenbosch University.

Having travelled from Port Elizabeth 3 days earlier, I somehow forgot to pack a shirt with my suit. On said morning I realized that I had no long sleeve shirt, so decided to dress and wear a t shirt and stop at a shop on our way from Cape Town to Stellenbosch.

I went via Markhams, Jet store and some other men's clothing shop to no avail! As a last resort we stopped at Zevenwacht Mall close to Stellenbosch and ran into your Edgars branch. What prompt service I received from your sales lady, Vuyokazi. She listened to my problem, sent me directly to the change room and told me to take off my t shirt. The first shirt I tried on was a perfect fit and she even wanted to arrange a steam iron to iron out the pleats, however, by this time I was on borrowed time!

She pulled off the price tags, held my jacket while I put on my tie and the arranged for a cashier to quickly attend to me.

I walked out of your shop all suited and ready and it was as a result of your sales lady, Vuyokazi, whom acted just as any mother would in a moment of crisis!

The cashier was instant in helping and I thank Nikelwa too.

I ran out of your shop shouting loud praises to your staff, and they loudly wished my luck on my way out!

Please pass on to your Zevenwacht branch my praise and thank you to them all, but especially Vuyokazi, whom went into "mother mode" and solved my problem. We arrived in time for the graduation and I certainly will support Edgars in future.
