Edgars- most imcompetent store

I paid my account in full via EFT on 31 January 2020. I then requested my account be closed. I was advised to close the legal plan first. Which i did. I have receive numerous demand emails and phone calls threatening blacklisting. Each consultant promised to resolve matter. I was advised to produce proof of payment and cancellation. I did this. I also went to Edgars in Ballito where the store manager did same. Despite all this i am still being badgered with calls for payment. This is the worst store i have ever dealt with. Being their client for over 30 years means nothing to this company. Please help.
