I am being harassed by phone calls, emails and sms claiming i owe them when i have paid on 9/10/2020 all the outstanding , i called was told to send proof of payment but to-date the money still haven't been allocated to my name and still getting calls of none payment ,Can you please sort out your systems and i hope this nonsense doesn't reflect on my credit score as bad payer
