Edgars Mobile, V&A Waterfront. Horrible!

<p>I am absolutely disgusted.</p> <p>I walked into the Edgars Mobile Store in the V&A Waterfront on Saturday 23 July 2016 at around 7pm<br />I have purchased the "Boost Mobile - ShakerBeat" device. <br />The very next day at around 5.30pm, the device's touch stopped responding. I had to wait till the next day, which was Monday 25 July to take the device back where it has been exchanged. However, Upon arriving at the store, there has been someone who appeared to be a sales rep for this devices and they had the nerve to laugh and say that I am probably one of the "unlucky customers" getting a defective device. This is totally unacceptable to be said to or in front of a customer.</p> <p>What's more, is that I have learnt that this device's battery does not last for more than 2 hours, yet I have no running apps besides the usual WhatsApp and Facebook.</p> <p>I think this is horrible customer service firstly, and also leaves me wondering whether all these devices are detective. Because I've had an issue with the touch screen of this devices and now the battery which never lasts. </p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse, I have complained on the Facebook page of Edgars mobile and they told me to contact customer service and never rep**** to me again. </p> <p>I expect this message to be taken into consideration and also that something be done about the service I have received. Compensation is a must!!</p>
