Edgars mobile phone ****

A year to 18 months ago I responded to an sms for airtime from Edgars. And the nightmare began. Suddenly and without my knowledge or consent I was locked into a contract with some totally unknown company. Unable to get rid of this contract, I, in sheer desperation closed my account with Edgars and was assured the contract had been cancelled. Saturday I went to do a sim swop at Vodacom and was unable to do so as I still had this contract that Edgars had assured me had been cancelled. I went to Edgars and they foned and the Co concerned said the contract was cancelled they had not recorded it and would do so on Monday. WELL GUESS WHAT THE **** CONTINUES I CHECKED TODAY AND THE CONTRACT HAD NOT BEEN CANCELLED AND I STILL CANNOT DO A SIM SWOP. I am at my wits end trying to sort this matter. What now. Do I cancel my number which is my business number. WHAT DO I DO
