Edgars Mobile Hell

Edgars promised to cancel my subscription, I received an sms saying that my subscription has been cancelled on the 19 January, after I complained using this platform (Hellopeter) but the subscription is still not canceled even today after trying for years, Today I called and was on the phone for 29 minutes and the supervisor by the name of Nonhlanhla told me it was cancelled last year December on the 13, even when I tell her it is not cancelled on my side as I still receive airtime. I need to do a SIM swap but this problem is preventing me to do so.
