Edgars mobile content subscription

I want to raise a complaint against Edgars for charging me a mobile content subscription without my permission. Despite numerous phones calls to the call centre no one assisted or got back to me and I'm still left to pay for something I'm not receiving the service for. Please can someone assist me on how to resolve this.
