Edgars minus 10 rating - No ITC updates

My Edgars account is current and up to date but Edgards is not applying regular updates to ITC resulting in a negative impact on my credit scoring. This has far reaching affects as I cannot qualify for any other credit related offerings. The customer service is non-existent after two visits to separate stores, emails to edgarscomplaints and numerous phone calls. This is causing a huge inconvenience as I need to procure essential goods for our household. my rating is -10.
