Edgar's Midlands Liberty Mall

Unsatisfied service. I received 2 gift cards before the lock down and I was unable to use it as businesses were not in operation and regulations prevented me from shopping. After the ease on the lock down and more relaxed rules I decided to shop twice and on both occasions Edgar's Midlands Liberty Mall was offline. I then went on another occasion and was told buy the manager that the Edgar's Group was bought over and the gift cards were a problem. What is really sad is that people work hard for their money and when purchasing a gift card for loved ones, it brings them so much joy not realizing that the person who they purchased the card for cannot do anything with it. I was told by the manager, she will follow up and contact me however I am still waiting. Please be careful when purchasing gift cards. Thanks
