Edgars Maponya Mall -Pay Just Now

I bought clothes some time at Edgars on August and there were technical issues I wasn’t aware of until I was made aware on October last month and that created pay just now not to deduct money in my account.. and also I wasn’t aware of that also as I’m paying a lot of things.. wen I app**** for pay just now, I opted for the 15th for the deduction date because I get paid on the 15th of every month… now to my surprise I get messages that pay just now wants to deduct money on the 21st of October and by that time I have no fees in my account and I won’t have fees until the 15th of November.. so I’d like to know why wasn’t the deduction date made for the 15th because now I’m accumulating interests, cos every unsuccessful deduction is made, they add interest.. can they please call me on ***..
